Why we built Qamani
Qamani comes from the Aymara language, spoken across the Andes. It means "the bearer of lived experience", rooted in a worldview where the past stands in front of us, visible and guiding, while the future lies behind.
We built Qamani because we believe every life carries a story worth preserving. Not as a eulogy or a farewell after the fact, but as a celebration, woven from the memories of the people who lived it and the people who shared it.

Ana, our AI biographer, conducts personalized text interviews. She adapts her questions based on what you share, follows the threads that matter, and never asks the same thing twice.
Yes. You can invite family members and friends to share their own memories. Every contribution enriches the final story.
The period starts the moment your payment is confirmed and runs for 12 calendar months, and during that time you conduct the interviews, invite Fontes, add materials and generate the História with its Life Map. When it ends nothing is deleted: the interviews and the originals stay with you, and you decide whether to renew.
Stories are private by default. We use service providers to operate Qamani, including Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Railway, Vercel and PostHog. AI providers process content needed for interviews and generation; analytics receives operational metadata. Access to a published Story depends on its sharing settings. We measure campaign attribution and technical errors and record navigation with text and input fields masked and media blocked.
One payment opens 12 months of telling a story with Ana, with room for the people who lived it alongside. Through Stripe, with the payment methods available for your country and currency. It is a single payment for the whole period, and the confirmation arrives on the screen you come back to.
